Return Policy
At Original Power Coffee, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for our customers. Due to the nature of our product, please carefully review our return policy below.
General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, Original Power Coffee is not eligible for return if opened or used.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@drinkpowercoffee.com. If your return is approved, you’ll be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@drinkpowercoffee.com if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by either replacing the product or issuing a refund, as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product, the following applies:
- Original Power Coffee is non-returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns are not accepted for gift cards or promotional items.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@drinkpowercoffee.com.
